We kept getting letters sent to us by TalkTalk who used to provide us with our phone line etc. However we’ve moved to Sky recently and so closed the account which had been put in my Mum’s name after my Dad’s death last year. Even after calling and getting them changing the account for a while after they kept sending letters to my Dad which made a very raw situation even more painful.
Now we’ve cancelled the account they’re still sending us crap about our account and it just goes to show some companies are just not organised. Surely if we’ve closed the account it should be closed on their system.
Fed up with dealing with them and the sheer rudeness of their staff who were insensitive to the situation.
